Using the service

AiArticleWriter provides tools for drafting and editing articles. You are responsible for the source material you submit and for reviewing generated output before publishing or relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, generate harmful material, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits.

AI output

Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify facts, quotations, and claims independently.

Availability

We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that every generated result will meet your expectations.

Welcome generations and future writing credits

A Google account receives two one-time welcome generations. They do not reset daily. Additional writing credits are not currently available for purchase.

If purchases are enabled in the future, writing credits may be sold by Merchant identity pending before paid purchases are enabled as a one-time USD digital credit pack through Stripe. This would not be a subscription and would have no automatic renewal.

Payment status is confirmed server-side before credits are added. Refunds may revoke unused corresponding credits. If refunded credits have already been used, the account is marked for manual review rather than given a negative balance.

Support and refunds

Support: Support contact pending before paid purchases are enabled. Refund policy: Refund policy pending before paid purchases are enabled. You must contact support before opening a payment dispute where required by applicable law. Fraudulent chargebacks, attempts to bypass limits, or payment abuse may result in account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.

Taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are handled only when the merchant has enabled the corresponding Stripe Tax configuration; otherwise no tax calculation is represented at checkout.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
